Last dates for international delivery are between 7th and 16th December, dependant on country. Please see the Royal Mail website for your specific country under the 'International tracking and signature services' drop down at https://www.royalmail.com/christmas/last-posting-dates

 

DELIVERY

We aim to post all orders placed before 3pm on the same day you order. Orders placed after 3pm, will be sent the next working day.

For Saturdays, orders placed before 9:30am will be posted the same day. For orders placed after 9:30am Saturday and anytime Sunday parcels will be sent the following Monday. Orders placed after 9:30am on bank holiday weekends, will be posted on the following Tuesday.

*Please note there is NO Next Day service for orders placed on Fridays and Saturdays before 9:30am these parcels will be posted and delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 9:30am Saturday will be posted Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Your order is guaranteed to be with you before 1pm the following day, if ordered before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm Thursday and before 9:30am Saturday, will be with you before 1pm on Monday. Orders placed after 9:30am Saturday and all day Sunday will be dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery.

International customers are charged a zero rate of UK VAT.

Customers outside the UK will be required to pay local Taxes and Duties when the parcel arrives, these will vary dependant on your country. We recommend that you contact your local import office to gain details of these charges and any further information regarding delivery.

Please note if any parcels are refused at customs, the customer is liable for any additional costs for the return of the order which will be deducted from your refund amount upon receipt by ourselves.
