Using your Lucy Cobb voucher online

When older Lucy Cobb vouchers were moved to our new online store, some codes needed a small change so they would work at checkout. Your voucher value and expiry date remain tied to its replacement voucher.

Use the guide below to turn your old code into the full 16-character replacement code.

If your code already has 16 digits

Change only the first digit from 6 to 5. Keep the other 15 digits exactly the same.

Fictional example
Old: 6123 4567 8901 2345
Use: 5123 4567 8901 2345

If your shorter code starts with A

Change the first letter from A to B, then add zeroes at the beginning until the complete code has 16 characters.

Fictional example
Old: A12345
Change to: B12345
Use: 0000 0000 00B1 2345

How to use your voucher

Check whether your old code is already 16 digits or is a shorter code beginning with A.
Apply the matching change shown above: 6 to 5, or A to B.
For a short code, add zeroes at the beginning until the entire code is exactly 16 characters.
Enter the full, unspaced 16-character code in the gift card or discount code box at checkout.

The spaces in our examples are only there to make long codes easier to read. Do not type the spaces at checkout.

Not sure which code to use?

Please contact us and tell us whether your old voucher is a 16-digit code or a shorter code beginning with A. You may include only the last four characters so we can help identify the format.
