Delivery

We deliver from the UK on working days. The delivery options and price available to you are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

1. Dispatch and cut-off

We normally dispatch orders on working days. For Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed®, the cut-off for the next-working-day service is 3pm UK time on a working day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be treated as being placed on the next working day.

We will show the available delivery option for your address at checkout. We do not promise a carrier transit time for services other than the Special Delivery option described above.

2. UK delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® is not available for every UK address or basket. If it is not offered at checkout, please choose from the options shown there.

3. Robell delivery

Eligible orders containing Robell products can select free Royal Mail Tracked 48® delivery.

If your basket contains Robell and other products, the checkout options may be different. The delivery services and price shown at checkout for your complete basket are the ones that apply.

4. Other destinations we currently serve

We currently offer delivery to the destinations below. The available service and price are confirmed at checkout.

5. Destinations we do not currently serve

We do not currently deliver to the United States or to countries not listed in this policy. If delivery is not offered for your address at checkout, we are unable to accept the order for that destination at this time.

6. Delayed or missing orders

If your order appears to be delayed or has not arrived, please contact us at enquiries@lucycobb.com with your order number and delivery address. We will look into it with you.
